We want you to be satisfied with each Mariella purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you may return the merchandise within four weeks from when the order shipped. We will offer a full refund only on undamaged product returned in the original packaging. Refund shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Please be sure to include your packing slip.

Shipping

All orders will ship within 2 days of being placed on the weekday, orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday. An email will be sent to you with an order confirmation and a tracking number for your package, orders ship via UPS.
